Field Operations
|
After five years of proven field capability the VendMAX Handheld continues to lead the vending industry in handheld computing and data retrieval. This not only allows Vending Operators to capture vital product sales information from their machines, but also serves to increase security. Operators can immediately run accountability reports at the end of the route-day, after each handheld is uploaded to the server and the money is counted. The VendMAX Handheld has an Administration module that allows supervisors to change machine configuration setup and prices.

Warehouse Operations
|
The VendMAX\DeliveryMAX Handheld allows for the warehouse manager to carry out warehouse or truck inventories, transfers of product to trucks or other warehouses and direct receiving or PO's. The route supervisor can also run inventory accountability reports, tracking product movement to and from each warehouse or truck. In addition one route driver may transfer or receive product from or to his truck, simultaneously taking ownership of the product. This is reflected in his truck inventory on the VendMAX\DeliveryMAX software server when the handheld is 'synced' (the term used to describe uploading/downloading the handheld to a computer).

Barcode Recognition
|
The VendMAX\DeliveryMAX Handheld Software has the capability to read and learn barcodes. These may come from each manufacturer or supplier or maybe easily developed in-house using Microsoft Word and office labels. The VendMAX\DeliveryMAX Handheld Software allows barcodes for each 'Packaged Product', i.e., each, case, box, pallet, etc.
