Streamware Corporation is committed to providing the best service and support available. Each Streamware employee undergoes a rigorous interview schedule with both the specific department head and the entire management team. Operating as a team, we train and re-train employees in-house and in the field so they may learn the intricacies of the industry and develop techniques to creative problem solving.

Single Point end-to-end project planning and support
Clients are assigned a Streamware Project Manager at the time the quotation is signed and the deposit paid. An initial meeting between the project manager, client, and sales person will determine the boundaries of a project plan. A deployment guide is developed by the project manager and agreed to by the client. The project manager leads the project until the software is fully implemented and operating. This provides for clear and defined open communication and builds the groundwork for a long-term Streamware-client relationship.

Team
Streamware promotes a team environment between its different departments to encourage a free-flow of communication throughout the life of the project. Your project manager will assemble his team based on individual strengths and experience to match your rollout objectives.

Project Planning
Since each company runs their business in their own unique way, the project manager, in concert with the sales team and the customer, will develop a project plan best suited to each business. A set of Best Practices has been developed over time that provides a framework from which to draw from. However, each installation is different and Streamware treats it so.
